Adventure Operations, LLC, doing business as Quarry Park Adventures under an agreement with the City of Rocklin (“we,” “us”), 5373 Pacific St, Rocklin, CA 95677, explains here how we handle personal information from quarrypark.com, online bookings, emails and visits to the park.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, email, phone, booking and purchase details, participant and waiver details (for minors, provided by a parent or guardian), messages, job applications, and email or text sign-ups.
- Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and whether our emails are opened, through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
- From others: our booking, payment, email and analytics providers, and anyone who books or buys a gift for you.
How we use it
To process bookings, purchases and waivers; run the park responsibly; answer questions; send booking messages and the marketing emails or texts you signed up for; measure and advertise our park; review job applications; and prevent fraud and meet legal, insurance and accounting needs.

Who we share it with
Service providers who work for us (booking, payments, waivers, email, hosting, chat and analytics); advertising partners through cookies and pixels, which California law may treat as “sharing”; the person who booked or gave you a gift; and others when required by law, to protect safety, or if our business is sold. We do not sell personal information for money.

California privacy rights
California residents may ask to know, get a copy of, correct or delete their personal information (subject to legal exceptions, such as signed waivers), and to opt out of sale or sharing. An authorized agent may make a request for you.
Children
Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
