Group FAQs
How do group discounts work?
Group adventures for 15–49 guests save 20% and groups of 50+ save 25% off standard rates. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there are no promo codes to remember.
How many people can you host?
Quarry Adventures and Pick 3 can accommodate up to 60 guests per start time. Bigger group? You can still book online: just reserve additional start times for the rest of your group. Need something more custom? Request a custom quote and our Group Sales team will build a plan for you. We host groups 363 days a year.
What's the difference between Granite, Quartz and Gold?
All three include a 30-minute Gear Up & Orientation and access to all six Quarry Adventures (Aerial Adventure, Zip Line, Free Fall, Rappel, Rock Climbing and Via Ferrata). The only difference is how long your group gets to play: Granite = 2 hours, Quartz = 3 hours, Gold = 4 hours.
Who can participate?
Quarry Adventures participants must weigh 45–250 lbs and are best suited for ages 8+. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by a ticketed Supervising Companion (age 14+), so be sure to include them in your group count. Kidz Kove welcomes ages 3–13 and is best for ages 3–10. How does payment work?
A 20% deposit secures your group booking, and the balance is due 7 days before your visit. Need a different arrangement? Email groups@quarrypark.com. See our full Group Payment & Cancellation Policy for details.
What if our plans change?
You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund through your customer portal up to 24 hours before your visit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows aren’t eligible for a refund. Read the full Group Payment & Cancellation Policy.
What if my date isn't available online?
We serve groups 363 days a year, including days we’re closed to the public. If you don’t see your date or time online, submit a group inquiry and we’ll find a time that works.
What happens on the day of our visit?
Each participant completes an online waiver using the link in your booking confirmation email. Arrive 15 minutes early, and our trained staff will handle gear-up, your safety orientation and instruction, so your group can focus on the fun.
What about the weather?
We’re an outdoor venue and operate in rain and most weather, but we may close for extreme conditions. If your group would rather not participate in rain, call us at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule.
