Quarry Park Adventures Birthday Party Reminders
Thanks for booking a birthday party at Quarry Park Adventures! We’re excited to celebrate with you. To help your event go smoothly, please review the important reminders below before your visit.
For Kidz Kove Birthday Parties:
Party Arrival & Check-In
Birthday parties include adventure tickets and reserved table time. Here’s what to know:
- Check In begins 30 minutes before your party start time.
- You may begin decorating your reserved tables during this time.
- Your Kidz Kove birthday party includes 2 hours and 30 minutes of party time in the Kidz Kove area. You are welcome to enjoy your tables during this full time.
- Your child is considered included in the number of booked tickets (for a party of 10, that includes your birthday child and nine other guests.)
For Perimeter, Granite, and Gold Adventure Parties:
Party Arrival & Check-In
Birthday parties include adventure tickets and reserved table time. Here’s what to know:
- Check In begins 30 minutes before your party start time. Please arrive on time to allow for time to harness up your party crew.
- You may begin decorating your reserved tables during this time.
- You are welcome to enjoy your birthday tables for the full time of your party. After your quarry adventure time ends, you’ll have 30 additional minutes at your tables to wrap up the celebration for Perimeter, Granite, and Gold Adventure Parties.
Tickets, Tables & Signage
- Party packages include a set number of adventure tickets and reserved tables based on your booking.
- Custom “Reserved” signs will be placed at your tables. If you have not already, please let us know your birthday person’s name so we can celebrate them with a custom sign!
- Party wagons are available at Check In for you to borrow to transport decorations, food, or gifts to and from your vehicle.
Food & Drink Policy
You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy at your party tables.
- Free water stations are available for all guests with bottled waters located in grey coolers.
- If you’re bringing items that need to stay cold, please bring a cooler.
- Due to our food permit, we’re unable to refrigerate outside food. On-site cooking (grill, portable stove) is not permitted.
- Pizza bags are available to rent for $5.00 each to keep pizza or other food hot while outdoors. One pizza bag typically fits 3-4 pizzas.
What to Wear & Bring
For a safe and comfortable adventure, we recommend all guests come prepared with:
- Closed-toe shoes (required for all activities)
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
- Refillable water bottles
- Sunscreen and hats on sunny days
- Hair ties for long hair (needed for helmets)
Weather & Heat Advisory
Quarry Park Adventures is an outdoor venue. While we provide some shaded areas, they are not guaranteed. To best plan for your adventure, please note:
- Dress in light, breathable clothing
- Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed
- Activities may pause or close if temperatures reach 105°F
- Park activities continue rain or shine
