So… you’re planning a birthday party? Good news! At Quarry Park Adventures in Rocklin, California, we deliver birthday parties that are guaranteed to be fun and memorable. Designed for celebrants of nearly all ages — from the youngest of explorers to the purely young at heart — our outdoor adventure park is the Sacramento area destination for a birthday party that is second to none.
Quarry Park Adventures offers birthday packages designed specifically for younger children in our Kidz Kove area. For older adventurers (anyone weighing 45- to 250-pounds), we offer a variety of birthday party packages that include adventures in the Quarry. Get ready to zip line, climb, explore and soar! Kidz Kove Birthday Parties | Ages 3 to 13
For young explorers (ages 3 to 13), our Kidz Kove and Miner’s Maze is the perfect place for kids to run free, climb high, and hang loose — and for parents to breathe a sigh of joy and relief while kicking back at a dedicated picnic area and watching the kids have a blast. Kidz Kove is a unique, fully netted adventure park and it, along with our fun Miner’s Maze, offers challenge and adventure that result in an active, exciting, and truly memorable birthday party experience for younger children.
ALL Kidz Kove Birthday Parties include:
- Access for the number of children you choose, per package (select below)
- 2.5 hours of playtime in the Kidz Kove
- NO charge for accompanying adults
- Two reserved/designated tables for use for the duration of the booked party
- Discover Parties (20+) include 3 designated tables
- Adventure Parties (30+) include 4 designated tables
- Quarry Park Adventures souvenir for each participant
- Bottled Water
- Outside food and drink (non-alcoholic) are permitted. (NOTE: QPA is a fully-outdoor venue. As such, we do not have refrigerators/freezers available for use. Guests may certainly bring coolers to store goodies!)
Please note: Add-on space is not guaranteed. The only spaces that are guaranteed are the ones paid for when you first book your party reservation. During popular weekends, we cannot guarantee that there will be available add-on space closer to the date of your party. Please feel free to call us at 916-824-1683 to check availability ahead of time or to add tickets to your party.
Perimeter Access Party | Guests 45 to 250 pounds | $549.00
A Perimeter Access Birthday Party at Quarry Park Adventures is the perfect solution for kids who want a taste of adventure (and parents who prefer a shorter party)! This party package is available to kids weighing as little as 45 pounds, and includes access to adventures that are sure to please!
Perimeter Access Birthday Parties include:
- Harnessing for up to 10 participants ($40.00 for each additional participant after initial 10)
- Total party time of 2.5 hours (harnessing and party table time included)
- Access to the following rides: Rappel, Free Fall, Rock Climbing, Zip Line
- Does NOT include access to the Aerial Adventure or Via Ferrata (if you’d like these included, book our Ultimate Adventure Party!)
- NO charge for guests who are not getting harnessed or participating
- 2 reserved/designated tables for use for the duration of the booked party
- Quarry Park Adventures souvenir for each participant
- Bottled Water
- Outside food and drink (non-alcoholic) are permitted.
Ultimate Adventure Party | Guests 45 to 250 pounds | $849.00
This party is the ultimate! Get ready to zip line, climb, jump, and explore with your friends during an absolutely unforgettable day. With our Ultimate Adventure Birthday Party Package, you’ll get access to ALL the adventures in the Quarry (note that weight and supervision requirements do apply). Gather your friends and family and get ready for a birthday party like none other — sure to be remembered for years to come!
Ultimate Adventure Birthday Parties include:
- Harnessing for up to 10 participants ($75.00 for each additional participant after initial 10)
- Total party time of 5 hours (harnessing, safety course and party table time included)
- 30 minute gear-up & orientation at Basecamp + 4 hours of access to the following rides: Rappel, Free Fall, Rock Climbing, Zip Line, Aerial Adventure, Via Ferrata, followed by 30 minutes of party table time.
- NO charge for guests who are not getting harnessed or participating
- 2 reserved/designated tables for use for the duration of the booked party
- Quarry Park Adventures souvenir for each participant
- Bottled Water
- Outside food and drink (non-alcoholic) are permitted.
Want to book this package but have kids age 11 or younger? No problem! Kids age 11 or younger can still get out on course (provided they weigh at least 45-pounds) but they need someone 14 years or older, with a ticket, to join them in the adventures. Review our weight and supervision requirements in full prior to booking. We allow up to 3 kids (age 11 and younger) per each 1 Supervising Companion (14+ years old).
What does a Quarry Park Adventures Birthday Party day look like?
ARRIVE:
Guests arrive at the park and check in! Our check-in process consists of confirming that participants have a waiver completed, confirming weights are within the required limits, and providing the appropriate wristband. (We do not weigh Kidz Kove guests.) **GUESTS WITH PERIMETER ACCESS OR ULTIMATE ADVENTURE PACKAGES MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SELECTED ADVENTURE START TIME (i.e. If you book the 12:00 PM time slot, all guests need to arrive no later than 11:30 AM).**
CHECK-IN:
The first guests to arrive for your party check in and are shown to your reserved tables. We continue to check in your guests as they arrive, directing them to your party area. We also make sure to give you, as the party host family, your supply of party favors to hand out as you would like.
GEAR UP:
Being on time is important! Participants need to be in attendance and ready at our Harnessing Area at your selected Adventure Start Time. If your party guests are not present and on time at our Harnessing Area, they will be required to wait for the next Adventure Start Time to receive gear, but will not receive additional time on the adventures/courses – so please keep this in mind when planning and communicating with your guests. ? (NOTE: HARNESSES ARE NOT NEEDED FOR KIDZ KOVE PARTIES. Once checked in for Kidz Kove, it’s playtime!)
ADVENTURE:
Once fully in gear:
- Perimeter Access participants do NOT need to go through the instructional course; Adventure Crew Members will be present at all activities provided within this package and will handle your safety gear for you.
- Ultimate Adventure participants engage in a quick safety instructional course to learn how to use the park’s safety equipment on the Aerial Adventure and Via Ferrata. Once through the instructional course, the remainder of the time is up to you! Zip Line, Free Fall, Rappel – whatever your heart desires!
CELEBRATE:
Once your adventure time is done, head to our “de-gear” area to turn in your equipment then return to your reserved party tables. Guests have an additional 30 minutes post-adventure to spend at the reserved tables for any food, cake, presents, and general birthday festivities!
WRAP UP:
When your 30 minutes of table time is up we ask that you please clean up your party area and utilize the large trash cans that we have available in all party areas.
