Quarry Park Adventures Summer Camp Giveaway – Official Rules

This giveaway is sponsored by Quarry Park Adventures, located in Rocklin, California (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of an eligible child.
Children attending camp must meet the age and participation requirements for Quarry Park Adventures Summer Camp. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on May 28, 2026 at 10:00am PST and ends on June 5, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the online entry form located at https://quarrypark.com/camp-giveaway/
Limit one (1) entry per household/email address unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, or booking is required to enter.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) free week of Quarry Park Adventures Summer Camp during the 2026 summer season, subject to availability.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $275 - $295.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Transportation, lodging, meals, merchandise, and any expenses not specifically stated are not included.
Camp attendance remains subject to completion of all standard registration materials, waivers, safety requirements, participation policies, and availability.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 8, 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, declines the prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, or any other errors related to the administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway may be used by Sponsor for the administration of the Giveaway and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok.
Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@quarrypark.com within thirty (30) days following the end of the Giveaway Period.
Governing Law
The Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
