Groups Payment & Cancellation Policy
Planning a company event, field trip, church outing, family reunion, or a fun day with a big group of friends? Information about our Group offerings is available here.
Because Large Group Reservations may significantly impact overall availability in the park, it is necessary for Quarry Park Adventures to have ample time to resell your booked spaces in the event your group should need to cancel. The following Group Bookings Payment & Cancellation Policy applies to groups of 15+ guests (or any that have received a special Group Discount by working with our Sales Team):
- A partial deposit may be due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please reach out to us to discuss payment terms for your adventure.
- Full payment and a final headcount are due no later than 7 days prior to your booked adventure date.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of any payments.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the adventure date are considered final and are ineligible for refunds.
*Birthday party packages are not eligible for deposit payments.
